When you mentioned pressure points, most laymen would think of the kung fu movies they have watched. However for most martial artists, they would usually think of the pressure point chart. Pressure points are important parts of martial arts. When used effectively, whether it is in form of a lock or attack, pressure points can inflict considerable pain and damage.
Pressure points generally refer to any point on the body that when pushed with a finger can cause pain. Examples include the eyeball and groin. For expert martial artists, they focus on lesser known points that when pressed could easily knock their opponents out. Most of these spots are lesser known.
