When you think of the “Audi S8″ what will usually come to mind for Audi enthusiasts is quality, stability and lots of history. The S8 has been one of the premier vehicles of the Audi line for over ten years. It is considered an institution of a car and the 2002 model is no exception. The Audi S8 falls into the sedan for the family category. It is a constant that only gets better with age.
Performance
The S8 Base is equipped with a Audi 4.2 liter eight-cylinder engine that utilizes 40 valves. The engine is mated to a Volkswagen 5-speed Transaxle. The has proven to be a popular configuration for the S8.
